60-Minute Sunday Evening Sound Bath at Sacred Sounds

Experience a restorative sound bath at Sacred Sounds, a Best of Rhode Island 2026 winner, with gongs, singing bowls & soothing vibrations. Join us every Sunday evening at Sacred Sounds for a 60-minute sound bath meditation. Settle in and allow the sound to do the work. Each session features live gongs, crystal and bronze singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other ambient instruments woven together to create a layered soundscape designed to encourage deep relaxation and help quiet the mind. Unlike traditional meditation, there is no need to concentrate on your breat or try to stop your thoughts. The sounds give your mind somthing to follow, making this an aproachable experience whether you meditate regularly or perhaps have found meditation challenging. This is a recurring weekly event held every Sunday from 6:30-7:30pm at Sacred Sounds in Pawtucket. We hold regular sound baths throughout the week. No prior experience is needed.
