Breathwork Detox Event

An in-person breathwork detox event You can talk it through, understand why it happened, and tell yourself you’re ready to move forward, but sometimes your body is still holding on. Breathwork creates space to get out of your head, release built-up tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself. If you missed our last breathwork event, we’re giving you a chance to join again!! Join us for a special pop-up Breathwork Detox led by Amy from ALM Wellco at Moonstone Healing in Somerset. Whether you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply overdue for a reset, no prior experience is needed, just come as you are and breathe. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
