Using singing bowls, gentle sound, intentional silence, and minimal guided meditation, this experience invites you to explore what happens when you stop trying to do meditation and simply listen. No meditation experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve and no right way to experience the sounds. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and listen.
