Puff Puff Pilates

Join us for Puff Puff Pilates, a unique mind-body experience designed to explore the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and intentional cannabis use. We’ll begin with a Terpe Talk led by Dani—an open space for light journaling, cannabis education, and a grounded smoke sesh to help set your intention. Then, flow into a gentle Pilates class with Maya, featuring mindful breathwork, intentional movement, and an extended resting post to help you reconnect with your body in a supportive, elevated environment. Whether you’re a seasoned smoker or cannabis-curious, this event invites you to slow down, tune in, and move with purpose. Mat and props will be provided. All levels are welcomed.
