Reiki Dance in Millis | Live Music, Somatic Movement & Sound Bath

Return to your center through Reiki, intuitive movement, live music, and a closing sound bath. No Reiki or dance experience needed. Give yourself an afternoon to slow down, move freely, and listen inward. Reiki Dance brings together guided Reiki, somatic movement, intuitive dance, and live music, a meditation in motion, with space for both expression and stillness. Join us at Yoga at the Ashram in Millis on Saturday, October 17, for “Return to Your Center.” With live music by Simon Davis and Emily Sclar, we’ll explore movement guided by how you feel, allowing the afternoon to unfold from gentle awareness into dance and a restful closing sound bath. There’s no choreography to learn and no particular way you need to move. You’re welcome to dance, pause, rest, or simply listen. Come on your own or with a friend; no Reiki or dance experience is needed. What to expect: - Intention setting and guided Reiki - Body awareness and gentle somatic exploration - Intuitive dance accompanied by live music - A closing sound bath and time to rest Our approach is consent-centered: Touch and partner interaction are always optional, and solo practice is always welcome. Created and facilitated by Daniel Montoya, Reiki Master and somatic practitioner with trauma-informed training.
