Join us right on the farm for a grounding Chair Yoga session! This gentle, all-levels class uses a chair for support, making it perfect for every body—whether you're looking for a softer practice, working with limited mobility, or simply want to try yoga from a fresh perspective. As you move through accessible stretches and soothing breathwork, our curious farm animals will be hanging out right on the other side of the fence, keeping you company and adding plenty of smiles and fun to your flow!
