Root to Crown: A Journey Through the Chakras

A journey through the chakras, from root to crown A Journey Through the Seven Chakras to Restore Balance, Release Emotional Blockages & Reconnect with Yourself Join us at Moonstone Healing for a 60-minute guided meditation experience led by Reiki Master Teacher Karissa Spring. Our seven chakras are traditionally believed to represent different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When life becomes overwhelming, we may begin to feel disconnected from ourselves, our intuition, and our inner sense of balance. This meditation is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the energy within you. What to Expect: Karissa will guide you on a relaxing journey through all seven chakras, beginning at the Root Chakra and traveling upward to the Crown Chakra. Throughout this experience, you’ll be invited to: Ground yourself and cultivate a sense of safety and stability. Reconnect with your creativity, emotions, and ability to receive. Awaken your confidence and personal power. Open your heart to love, compassion, and forgiveness. Explore authentic self-expression and speaking your truth. Deepen your connection to your intuition and inner wisdom. Connect with your higher self and spiritual awareness. Through guided visualization, intentional breathing, and chakra-focused affirmations, you’ll have the opportunity to explore emotional patterns, release what no longer serves you, and welcome a greater sense of alignment. No meditation or chakra experience is necessary! Whether you’re new to energy work or looking to deepen your spiritual practice, this experience is designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey. Come as you are, bring an open mind, and give yourself permission to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Your journey back to balance begins within. Space is limited. Reserve your spot today!
