Sound Bath (Power Retrieval)

This month's Sound Bath is about power retrieval. Ashley V | Sound Baths More than a sound bath. An activation. Sound has the power to shift your vibration, move stagnant energy, and open deeper pathways of connection with your soul, spirit, and the Divine. But an Ashley V Sound Bath isn't just about relaxing and listening to beautiful sounds. It's about going deeper. Each experience is intentionally designed as an energetic healing and activation to support you in reconnecting with yourself, expanding your awareness, and opening to the deeper parts of who you are. Every month, we'll work with a specific frequency and intention, creating a unique experience that goes beyond the moon cycles and surface-level rituals. These are intentional journeys into sound, energy, and consciousness, designed to help you shift, awaken, and reconnect. November 2026: Power Retrieval It's time to call your power back. Where have you given your power away this year? What situations, relationships, experiences, or versions of yourself have left you feeling disconnected from who you really are? Maybe 2026 has challenged you in ways you didn't expect. Maybe you've spent too much time surviving, navigating other people's energy, or trying to find your footing in situations that pulled you away from yourself. Whatever it looks like for you, this month's Sound Bath is about power retrieval — reconnecting with the parts of yourself that you've left behind, silenced, or lost touch with along the way. We'll begin with a guided journey designed to help you explore these experiences, reconnect with your inner power, and reclaim the energy that is ready to come back to you. From there, we'll move into an intentional sound experience designed to support your energetic integration, deepen your connection with yourself, and activate your own inner knowing. This isn't about changing the past. It's about recognizing what no longer gets to define you and reconnecting with the power that has always been yours. Come to receive. Come to reconnect. Come to activate. This is sound with intention. — Ashley V Limited spots available. Reserve your spot now to experience this unique blend of ancient traditions and modern healing modalities.
