Salt Cave Sound Bath

Relax in a salt cave with soothing gong vibrations and therapeutic sounds in a calm, passive sound bath. Salt Cave Sound Bath is an in-person relaxation experience. 10 spots only. Settle in comfortably, breathe in the salt air, and listen to the vibrations and tones of gongs and other therapeutic sound instruments. This passive experience invites you to slow down, disconnect from everyday stressors, and bring awareness back to your body and the present moment. There is no required physical activity, discussion, sharing, or other participation—simply lay comfortably, listen, and allow yourself to relax and drift off. The sound bath is designed to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and intentional rest. It also offers a chance to reflect on self-care and how the demands of helping others can affect your emotional and physical well-being. Space is very limited, we only allow 10 people at a time so get your tickets now. Feel free to bring a pillow and blanket but don't worry if you forget, we have extras! Please arrive 10 minutes early as the doors will be locked at 6:30. No entrance will be allowed once the event begins to ensure the peace and comfort of participants.
