Shadow Work: Ancestral Healing Meditation

An in-person meditation focused on shadow work and ancestral healing. If you’ve ever noticed a pattern in your family and thought, “This ends with me,” this meditation is for you. Join Dr. C at Moonstone for a guided meditation exploring the family patterns, beliefs, and emotions we may carry. Through grounding, gentle breathing, and visualization, you’ll be invited to connect with your ancestors in meditation, reflect on what comes up, and set intentions for what you’re ready to release or change. This spiritual practice will include affirmations centered on compassion, forgiveness, and love—with space to explore what those words mean for you. You can honor where you come from while choosing to do things differently. No meditation or shadow work experience is needed. Participate at your own pace, and share only what feels comfortable. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal if you’d like to write down any reflections afterward.
