The Art of Listening is a 30-minute sound meditation designed to create space to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with yourself. Using singing bowls, gentle sound, intentional silence, and minimal guided meditation, this experience invites you to explore what happens when you stop trying to do meditation and simply listen. No meditation experience is needed. There is nothing to achieve and no right way to experience the sounds. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and listen. What to Expect • Gentle guided grounding • Singing bowls and immersive sound • Breath awareness • Intentional periods of silence • Time to rest and simply receive • A gentle return and closing reflection What to Bring Bring anything that will help you feel comfortable during the experience—a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or anything else you'd like.
