Join me in my Springville, Utah studio for an intimate Nervous System Regulation Sound Bath a music medicine experience created to support energetic clearing, grounding, balance, and reconnection. We’ll begin with a custom-written guided meditation designed to bring your attention out of the noise of the day and back into your body. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey woven with crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments, creating space for grounding and rest. This experience is especially for anyone who has been feeling overstimulated, stretched thin, mentally busy, emotionally full, or simply in need of somewhere to exhale. You do not need any previous experience with meditation or sound baths to attend. Space is limited Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Wear clothing that helps you feel comfortable while resting. A thick mat, pillows, and blankets will be provided.
