Join me and my friends over at the Equine Empowerment Center for an outdoor sound bath with their horses! The Equine Empowerment Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Sandy that offers horseback riding lessons and equine-assisted therapy and learning programs for veterans and anyone else looking to get involved. Bring your own camping chair and join us for a Sound Bath Meditation from 5-6 PM. We'll have the horses with trained handelers surrounding us with the option to stand with and groom/pet them during the sound bath if you'd like to. This offering has a minimum donation of $25 that will be due at time of check-in.
