Join us to learn how to craft your own Lasagna - from scratch - for your holiday meal! Join Weaver Street Market's own Lisa Woodward to learn how easy it is to handcraft fresh pasta! Make classic egg pasta dough by hand and using a pasta machine. After this class you will be able to enjoy fresh pasta at home whenever you want - no special equipment needed other than a rolling pin and knife! You will also learn a couple of quick and simple pasta recipes that allow your fresh pasta to shine!
