Meet at Calm and Sense Wellness Studio in Apex for a calm, cozy space to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself. What to expect We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you settle into your body, followed by a guided body scan. Then simply receive as you’re immersed in layered sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and drums. There’s nothing to do or get right—come as you are and allow the experience to wash over you. We’ll close in stillness with a soft return. What to bring • A yoga mat, pillow, and a blanket (or two—cozy is encouraged) • An eye mask • Anything that helps you feel supported; socks are welcome if your feet get cold The doors will lock at 7pm as we close the space to begin our meditation. A shared altar You’re welcome to bring something meaningful to place on the shared altar, or keep it with you at your mat. This might be a crystal or stone, a note, a photo, or another object representing what you’re holding, releasing, or calling in.
