Unwind and Unpack Series III: Home for the Holidays

The holidays hit differently for everyone. Come unwind, unpack, release what’s heavy & create a little more peace this season. Home for the Holidays… but what if “home” doesn’t always feel like home? The holidays can bring joy, connection, and beautiful traditions—but they can also bring grief, complicated family dynamics, loneliness, pressure, and the exhaustion of trying to make the season magical for everyone else. Unwind & Unpack III: Home for the Holidays is your invitation to do the holidays a little differently this year. Join Truthful Reflections Counseling, PLLC for an intimate afternoon designed to help you slow down, unpack what you’ve been carrying, release what you don’t want to take into the season, and intentionally create more peace, belonging, and emotional safety for yourself. Expect meaningful conversation, guided reflection, mindfulness, a warm comfort meal, and our Build Your Home Within ornament experience—a personalized keepsake filled with symbols of what you’re releasing, protecting, making room for, and choosing for yourself this season. ✨ Come exactly as you are.✨ Sharing is always your choice.✨ Leave with more than an ornament—leave with an intention for how you want this season to feel. Because sometimes home isn’t a place you return to. It’s something you learn to create within yourself.
