Unwind by Candlelight

You've been holding a lot. Come set it down for an evening — candlelight, gentle yoga, massage, facials, and tapas to close. Description You've been holding a lot — the pace, the to-do list, the weight of showing up for everyone else. This retreat is your invitation to set it down, just for one evening. Unwind by Candlelight is a slow, guided evening built around decompressing, self-care, and connection. Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga — no experience necessary — held by candlelight with live piano accompaniment, and a walking meditation. Each session closes the same way every class of ours does: in stillness, in Savasana. Between and after the movement, you'll have access to massage, facials, and a quiet journaling table, closing out with a social hour of tapas and healthy drinks — a chance to unwind alongside others who are doing the same. Your investment includes: • Candlelight yoga, and a walking meditation • Live piano throughout the evening • A facial • A journal with guided prompts and a pen to keep • Tapas and healthy drinks at the closing social • A take-home candle Premium also includes: • A guaranteed 15-minute massage Whether you've never rolled out a mat before or you've been practicing for years, this evening is built to meet you exactly where you are — alone, with a friend, or ready to make new ones. Investing early includes additional take-home tools to support your practice, along with our best value.
