You will see a set of double doors under an awning, enter through the glass door with the CE Classroom sign on it. Instructor: Jim Earley, LMT, NCBTMB provider INTERACTIVE AND HANDS ON! This class will cover the following aspects of Sports Stretching: PNF STRETCHING (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) Upper and lower body. 8 live CE’s • Types of Stretching/When to Stretch • Athletes and Stretching • PNF Stretching(Contract/RelaxStretching) Active/Passive Facilitated Stretching PNF stretching is an effective way to increase range of motion using facilitated stretching and resistance from the client. This provides a deeper stretch .-Self care for the therapist as well. The class will be taught from a massage therapist perspective. Please wear comfortable lab clothes!
