Coffee Tasting Workshop

Join our Beverage Director, John Cappelletti, for a fun and informative coffee tasting workshop. We’ll begin with a brief lecture and sensory training, then move on to a full cupping with eight freshly roasted coffees from RCC’s current offerings. We’ll taste and discuss the coffees in depth, engaging in comparative tasting and taking notes on our findings. We’ll open up for Q&A and conclude with a few gifts for you! You don’t need to bring anything to this workshop. Tasting discard cups will be provided for those of us with caffeine sensitivity. View Here Safety Notice: This workshop involves the use of coffee equipment and tools that may become very hot, as well as hot water, coffee, steam, and other hot liquids. Burns and other minor injuries are possible. Participants must follow all instructor safety directions and use equipment only as instructed. Closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing are recommended. Please notify the instructor of any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or physical limitations before participating. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
