A Medi8 Experience : Overcome Your Fear and Fly

Join us in person to face your fears, build confidence, and take flight with Medi8! About Medi8 Experience Fear has a way of keeping us standing still. Through mindfulness, we learn to breathe through it, stay present, and keep going. This experience is about overcoming your fears and stepping into the version of yourself you are proud of. " WE OUTSIDEEE " - Join Medi8 Your Safe Space for Healing community, for a morning of ziplining and axe throwing at The Adventure Park in Sandy Spring. Every step off a platform is a chance to let go. Every axe you throw is a chance to release what you’ve been holding onto. You don’t have to feel ready. You only have to be willing to take the next step. Come as you are, be present and move at your own pace. Whether you fly through the trees or take your time on the ground, you’ll be surrounded by people cheering you on. Overcoming looks different for everyone, and every bit of it counts. How it works This experience is free to join. Park admission and activities are purchased separately through The Adventure Park website. This is a family oriented experience. (an option to purchase things will pop up such as gloves but you dont have to purchase them atleast not online, its optional) Step 7: Make sure you follow us on Instagram @Medi8___ and send message if you have questions. If it becomes too full at that time, then choose 10:10 am. What to bring Comfortable clothes, closed toe shoes, and layers for the weather. Bring a friend! Optional : leather-palmed work gloves, from any hardware store, garden gloves or bike gloves. ( can help keep hands warm and protected) Food There will be a food truck there! Its a full menu. (They will have vegetarian options as well) We wil take a break in between of our fun and eat in community! ( No cash payments, they only take card or digital payments)
