Feminine Fire: A Womens' Sacred Rage Workshop

A compassionate, energetic, and somatic gathering where women scream it out, smash what needs breaking, and rise into sovereignty. Feminine Fire is a collective experience devoted to honoring, expressing, and releasing women's sacred ragethrough ritual, energetics, and somatics. Women have never been permitted anger. They call it hysteria. They call it PMS. They call it Melodrama and Moodiness. History has a long memory for punishing women who refused to stay quiet, and most of us inherited the lesson whether we were taught it directly or not. This is a day to call rage what it actually is: sacred, useful, and yours to reclaim on your path to sacred sovereignty. What the day holds: • Altar-building and opening ritual • Teaching on sacred rage, emotional anatomy, goddess ontology, and feminine power • Somatic practices to release what's stored in the body • Guided rage release: screaming, destroying, breaking what needs breaking to create space for more(gentle options held and offered for survivors of violence) • Calling in joy and sacred sovereignty • Sound bowl and nervous system aftercare to ground you before you leave crowned.
