Breath & Bliss at Temple Yoga

A 90-minute group sanctuary at Temple Yoga: Liquid Breathwork, Reiki Field Clearing, and Acoustic Soundscapes. Breath & Bliss is a 90-minute monthly reset at Temple Yoga in Midtown Reno, a guest residency with Radiant Soul by Vanessa Beres. Step out of the noise of daily life and into a sanctuary of deep, restorative presence. Guided by 200HR YTT and certified Liquid Breathwork facilitator Vanessa Beres, the session pairs gentle movement, active conscious breathwork, and deep meditative stillness, with Reiki field clearing and acoustic soundscapes woven through. You will begin with soft, seated and reclined postures to open the body and release tightness, then move into a guided breathing journey, and close in complete stillness for an effortless, integrative meditation. Leave your mat feeling deeply grounded, mentally clear, and completely renewed from the inside out. All levels welcome. No prior yoga or breathwork experience necessary. Yoga mats and all props are provided by Temple Yoga Reno for your use during the session. Feel free to bring your favorite mat, cozy layers, an eye pillow, and a blanket.
