October Hammock Sound Meditation: Sound Bath by Wyatt at Bliss

Sound meditation in a hammock combines the calming effects of sound with the comfort of a suspended cocoon, creating a blissful escape. This experience takes place in a suspended hammock, where the body is gently held and fully supported. As you lie back, layers of sound from crystal singing bowls and gongs unfold slowly through the space. The steady rhythm of the sound gives the nervous system something continuous to rest on, allowing attention to soften without effort. There is no goal for the evening and no special state to achieve. Some people experience deep rest, others quiet clarity, imagery, or subtle shifts in awareness. All responses are welcome. Listening is the practice. Sessions are intentionally small to preserve a calm, contained environment. Time is built in to arrive and to re-enter gently. What to Expect • A suspended hammock supporting the full body • Sustained, resonant sound played with restraint • Minimal guidance and a quiet room • Space to rest, listen, and settle Who This Is For Humans seeking rest, regulation, and presence. Those curious about sound as an environment rather than a performance. Anyone wanting to slow down without being instructed. Who This Is Not For Those looking for stimulation, spectacle, or a guaranteed outcome. Anyone uncomfortable lying still or resting quietly. Practical Notes Wear comfortable clothing. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Capacity is limited to maintain the quality of the experience.
