NO REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED FOR Dec 2 & 6 (First come first serve) IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BETHLEHEM WALK 2026 REGISTRATIONS FOR THURSDAY-SATURDAY (Dec 3-5) can be retrieved here on Eventbrite based on availability. For Thursday-Saturday (Dec. 3-5), attendees will need to prove pre-registration at parking site for admittance. EVERY GUEST REGARDLESS OF AGE NEEDS AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION ON DEC 3-5. NO REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED FOR WEDNESDAY AND SUNDAY (Dec 2 & 6) (First come first serve). RESERVING YOUR SPOTS - Pick your day and time block; time blocks are in 30 minute increments. If registrations are “full” or “unavailable” for selections on December 3, 4, 5, guests are invited to come on our “OPEN” dates (December 2 and 6) where no registration is required and people will be accommodated on a first come first serve basis. GROUPS- People are able to register for up to 10 “spots” via the selections below. Groups are encouraged to obtain your registrations online by having others in your group secure their own registrations up to 10 spots each. GROUPS CONTAINING 30-50 PEOPLE MUST EMAIL [email protected] TO REGISTER (these will be handled in the order they are received). Emailing is not a guarantee, this is why we encourage you to secure your own group registrations. Groups in excess of 50 must come on a non-registration event date (December 2 or 6) where they will be accommodated as best as possible on first come first serve basis (please note that not all large parties may be able to be accomodated in the same group). PARKING ARRANGEMENTS: PARKING SITE IS 68 BROAD STREET ROAD, MANAKIN-SABOT, VA 23103. ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE PARKING LOCATION. Those needing handicap will be redirected at the parking site by our parking team. WHEN TO ARRIVE- Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time block. Our time blocks are strategically spaced to limit the amount of cars and traffic which limits your wait time. PLEASE HAVE REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION OPEN ON YOUR PHONE AS YOU APPROACH PARKING LOCATION. GETTING TO BETHLEHEM WALK- Park & exit your vehicle immediately and make your way to our shuttle buses. Make sure you have your registration information ready to show the parking attendants before boarding the shuttles. We will scan your registration barcode on your phone or printed paper before you get on the shuttle. WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO BETHLEHEM WALK SITE- Proceed to our holding tent where you will be assigned a group number. Please remember you are signed up for a block of time, you may experience wait times in our heated holding tent before your group is called. WHAT TO EXPECT- As you enter the City of Bethlehem allow the sights, sounds and smells to carry you to a period of time that changed the world. Expect to be met by Roman soldiers and counted in the census. Journey through the heart of the city to the marketplace that is bustling with activity from over a dozen authentic shops and listen for the rumor of a “king’s” birth from excited townspeople. Continue your journey to the Nativity where a very special baby was born in a stable. Here you can reflect on the blessed birth of Christ – the greatest gift that has ever been given. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: • PARKING SITE WILL BE 68 BROAD STREET ROAD, MANAKIN-SABOT, VA 23103 ALL GUESTS CHECK IN HERE ON ALL EVENT DATES. • Bethlehem Walk is an outside event, dress appropriately. The Walk takes about 50 minutes from start to finish • If anyone in your group will be using a wheelchair or walker please let us know at the holding tent so we can safely accommodate them. • We understand things come up and your plans may change, please allow someone else to attend!
