Join Bodyworks by G for Sunset Stretches & Strokes—a feel-good experience combining an all-level yoga flow followed by a guided canvas painting, beautiful sunset views, and awesome community. No yoga, fitness, or painting experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and enjoy an evening designed to help you move, unwind, create, and connect. WHAT TO EXPECT • Arrival and check-in •45–50 minutes of gentle, all-level yoga and stretching ( you will be given options to both take it up a notch or mellow it out. make it work for you!) • A short break to grab water/snack & your art supplies •Guided canvas painting as the sun begins to set • Time for photos, conversation, creativity, and connection WHAT’S INCLUDED • Guided yoga and stretching • 5x7 Canvas and painting supplies • Step-by-step painting guidance • A finished creation to take home • A fun, welcoming community experience WHAT TO BRING • A yoga mat and towel &/or blanket (we will be setting up in the grass for the painting as well) •Water • Comfortable clothing you can move and paint in • An extra layer ( because you just never know with va weather) •A light snack or beverage • Most importantly, bring yourself w/an open mind and positive attitude!
