This time, she’s taking us to Oaxaca, Mexico, with a live cooking demonstration featuring Mole Mancha Manteles, a traditional dish she learned to prepare during her travels. Watch Chef Rosie work her magic as she shares the techniques, ingredients, and stories behind this flavorful Mexican classic.
