The Essence of Vision: A Vision Board Experience

Go beyond simply making a vision board. Discover the true essence of vision—and what it means to see, align, lead, and move. The Essence of Vision: A Vision Board Experience Vision is more than what you want. It is also about who is doing the seeing. We often approach vision by asking, What do I want next? A new career. A healthier life. A stronger relationship. A business. A home. A degree. A new beginning. And then we create a board to represent it. But what happens when we go deeper? What happens when, before choosing the pictures, we examine the woman doing the choosing? The Essence of Vision is an interactive vision-board and coaching experience that goes beneath the surface of what you want to explore the true nature of vision—what you see, why you see it, whether it truly aligns with who you are, what it will require of you, and how you begin moving toward it. Because sometimes what we call our vision has been shaped by expectations, old definitions of success, roles we've carried, seasons we've outgrown, or versions of ourselves that no longer reflect where we are today. And sometimes, we're simply in transition. We know something is changing, but we haven't quite figured out what comes next. Vision gives transition direction. During this experience, Chrishawn “Chrissy” Smith, Identity Activation Coach and Founder of Essence of Royalty Coaching LLC, will guide women through the EOR lens of Identity → Alignment → Leadership → Activation—helping you look beyond what you see and begin examining the woman behind the vision. You'll also experience VISION IN MOTION: When What You See Meets Real Life, a candid moderated conversation with five women whose stories demonstrate what happens when vision encounters transition, interruption, healing, truth, resilience, leadership, and change. Then the conversation turns toward you. Through guided reflection, intentional vision-board creation, coaching, and a personal Vision Activation Commitment, you'll have space to examine what you truly see for your next season and identify a meaningful next step toward it. You may not leave knowing every step. But you will not leave without identifying your next one. Your $30 admission includes the complete event experience, vision-board materials, guided reflection tools, and attendee workbook.
