As the autumn season invites us to slow down, join me for a peaceful 60-minute sound bath experience designed to encourage deep relaxation, reflection, and gratitude. Settle into a welcoming space as you’re guided through gentle breathing and immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, a Himalayan singing bowl, ocean drum, and gentle chimes. Whether you’re new to sound baths or have experienced them before, this afternoon is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy a moment just for yourself. ✨ What’s Included • A 60-minute guided relaxation and sound bath experience • Gentle breathwork to help you settle in • A complimentary soft eye towel for added comfort • Optional aromatherapy with a selected essential oil applied to your eye towel • A special gratitude affirmation card to take home 🍁 What to Bring Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. You’re welcome to bring an eye pillow if you prefer. Dress in comfortable layers so you can stay warm and cozy throughout the experience. No yoga experience is necessary.
