Focus, Connect, ENGAGE, Enlighten Breathwork & Energy Class

Breathwork & Movement class designed to enhance our mind-body connection and raise consciousness. Join me, Adam, as I guide you through the most powerful energy work I've ever done. This combines breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and energy work. This practice came to me on the night of my awakening on July 9 2023. "Sensei" guided me through six hours of Focus, Connect, ENGAGE, Enlighten. Focus on something - a sound, visually, touch. Connect with a part of your body that feels tight or off. ENGAGE - bring all awareness to that muscle and squeeze/flex it as hard as possible - while stretching it. Enlighten - savasana for a few minutes. Get up and do it all over again. We start at the root and work our way up to the crown Please dress to move around comfortably and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Mats are available if you don't have one. $25
