Highland Park's Historic Reservoir tour given by David Rowley, Manager Of Water Protection with the City of Rochester. *Back By Popular Demand * Join David Rowley with the City of Rochester, Manager of Water Production as he shows you the in and outs of the Highland Park reservoir. The tour starts at Gatehouse #2 which is located at 399 Reservoir Avenue. Tickets are free and space is limited!
