Learn when and why to use a chronological resume or a functional one, then learn how to format resumes properly as well as how to write resume parts effectively including the summary of qualifications, work history, and accomplishments. In this workshop you will learn: • When and why to use a Chronological or Combo- Functional resume. • How to put emphasis on the Summary of Qualifications, accomplishments, proper format and identifying transferrable skills. • How to identify and write accomplishments that demonstrate your skills to an employer or recruiter. • Common resume mistakes and how to avoid them. • Easy to use templates will be provided so you can put your skills to work and start writing this important document!
