Gratitude Sound Bath

Settle in for an hour of guided meditation and a calming sound journey to quiet the mind and return to center. What to expect: In a sound bath, you rest on a yoga mat or in a chair. The room fills with slow, resonant tones. Crystal bowls hum and glow. A gong rolls out low and wide. Chimes shimmer and fade. A drum keeps its steady, gentle pulse. There is nothing to learn, and nothing to get right. The sound moves through the room. You soak up the healing frequencies providing a sense of peace and calm. About the space: This event is at Oakbough Gallery which is located in a private home. The gallery is home to multple artist collections which provide an eclectic and inviting atmosphere. What to Bring: We have a small number of mats and chairs, though not enough for everyone. To be sure you are comfortable, please bring the following: • A yoga mat or other pad to lay on. • A blanket • A small pillow or neck roll • A bottle of water. (Staying hydrated is important) • An eye mask or light scarf (optional) • A crystal or keepsake that holds an intention. (optional) If lying on the floor is not comfortable for you, you are welcome to bring a compact chair and rest seated. Wheelchairs are also welcome at this event.
