We're bringing together movement, nourishment, and community for a morning dedicated to pouring back into YOU especially after Thanksgiving eats! We'll kick things off with a 45-minute rooftop Pilates class led by the amazing Adia, followed by freshly made overnight oats and wellness shots from Joyful Nutrition, all included with your ticket!
