Looking for a Mid-week Reset? Unwind and Recharge with a Restorative Sound bath! As you lie down comfortably, relax as the resonant tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and other instruments surround you. Our music takes you on a journey; the instruments create waves of vibrations that support deep relaxation and guide your body and mind toward serenity and renewal. Rooted in an ancient practice, sound baths use vibrations and frequencies to ease stress, support better sleep, promote emotional release, and enhance overall well-being. Well-being Wednesdays begin October 7th! Join us to slow down, embrace tranquility, and leave feeling restored. Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and water. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you want it to be completely dark, bring a face mask. Get comfortable and let the vibrations encompass you. Join us for this unique journey into sound and serenity! Please be On Time!
