What might be waiting on the other side of everything you’ve been taught not to feel? From the time we are little girls, so many of us are taught—directly and indirectly—to contain ourselves. Be nice. Be agreeable. Don’t make a scene. Don’t be too loud. Don’t be too angry. Don’t make anyone uncomfortable. Don’t be too much. And so we learn to swallow our anger. To tighten our jaws. To hold our tongues. To smile when we want to scream. We learn to disconnect from the wild, instinctual wisdom of our bodies in order to remain acceptable to the world around us. But your rage is not something to be ashamed of. It carries information. It knows where your boundaries have been crossed, where your needs have gone unmet, where you have silenced yourself, abandoned yourself, or made yourself smaller to keep the peace. Sacred Rage Alchemy is an invitation to stop containing yourself. In this women-only somatic experience, we will create a safe, intentional container to explore what happens when you give your body permission to feel, move, sound, express, and release. Through music, movement, dance, voice, and embodied somatic practices, you’ll be invited to explore the edges of your expression—not by forcing yourself into rage, but by giving whatever is already living within you permission to move. To be loud. To take up space. To discover what your body has been wanting to say. From there, we will move into guided breathwork, allowing the breath to support deeper release while helping the body integrate what has already moved. And then…the alchemy. Because rage isn’t the only thing women have been taught to suppress. We have also been taught to disconnect from our pleasure. From sensuality. From desire. From our bodies. From the simple experience of feeling good inside ourselves. Following our release and breathwork, we will shift into embodied pleasure through music, movement, dance, and sensual—not sexual—exploration of the body. We will invite softness back in. Pleasure. Freedom. Aliveness. Rather than simply releasing what you no longer want to carry, we will explore what becomes possible when you create space for something else to live there. This is the alchemy: Rage into liberation. Suppression into expression. Tension into movement. Disconnection into embodiment. And all that reclaimed energy…into pleasure. You do not need to arrive angry. You do not need to perform, push, or become anything. You only need the courage to show up for yourself, meet yourself honestly, and allow the magic of being held within a safe community of women as you explore what your body is ready to express. Come as you are. Come quiet. Come furious. Come curious. Come nervous. No experience or skill is required.
