The Cosmic Spiral: From Earth to Stars & Back Again

A guided meditation journey with breath, drum, Reiki & the Sacred Spiral—traveling from Earth to the stars and back. A Guided Meditation + Reiki Energy Experience What if you could feel deeply rooted to the Earth while remembering just how expansive you truly are? Join me for an immersive Sacred Spiral guided meditation and Reiki experience designed to take you out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the body, breath, and imagination. Our journey begins with the Earth beneath us. Through intentional breathwork and the rhythmic beat of the drum, we will awaken the energy of the spiral—drawing it upward through the body, into the heart, and beyond the edges of our physical selves. As the drum becomes the rhythm of the heartbeat, you’ll be guided into an experience of expansion… from Earth toward the stars and into the vastness beyond. There, you’ll be invited to simply be. To listen. To receive. To remember. And when it is time, we will follow the spiral home—bringing whatever wisdom, light, feeling, or intention is meant for you back into the heart, the body, and ultimately into the Earth. Throughout the journey, I will weave together guided meditation, breath, Reiki energy, intuitive energy work, drum, sound, vibration, and periods of stillness, allowing space for your experience to unfold in its own unique way. No meditation or Reiki experience is necessary. You do not need to be able to “see” or visualize anything. You may experience the journey through imagery, sensations, emotions, colors, thoughts, deep relaxation—or simply through the quiet of being present. ✨ Come as you are. Leave with whatever the journey has for you.
