Hands-on, intimate, and unlike any other Breathwork certification you'll find. Enrollment is capped at 20 people so you still get real one on one focus for learning. Where is it held? We dive deep into Liquid Breathwork, but still educate you on other styles out there so you are full of knowledge. We also go over different breathing practices for different purposes for your client or yourself. Our surrender-based methodology is not the intense, cathartic, screaming Breathwork you may have seen online or tried yourself. It's fluid, intuitive, and gentle for your future clients AND for the people in your life who would never try "that kind of Breathwork." Nothing is forced on you or the breather. We are here to cover safety as number one and how to handle people of all ages and of all nervous system states. We will dive deeper into your own practice as well. It's nervous system friendly.
