Our infrared panels give you a dry heat that warms you from the inside out, without the swampy humidity. The room glows by candlelight, the music is loud, and every class is 50 minutes built to challenge you, reset your mind and send you back into your week recharged. The classes: Ritual Hot: our signature 50 minute flow in the heat. A core flow mixed with balance and inversions, set to the beat. It's a challenge, and that's the point. Ritual Yin: long holds and deep stretches by candlelight. Slow, quiet, and the reset your body has been asking for.
