Wellness Wednesday — Yoga

Join us for a relaxing, all-levels yoga class designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind in a beautiful setting. Wellness Wednesday at La Caille Join us every other Wednesday from 6:00–7:00 PM for Wellness Wednesday, a biweekly wellness class series designed to help you unwind, move, and reconnect here in our beautiful Grand Atrium. Class 9/30: Yoga This Wellness Wednesday, we're continuing the series with a rejuvenating yoga session, led by instructor Maile. This class is a perfect way to start your evening. What to bring: • Your own water bottle • A yoga mat Good to know: • Arrive a little early to grab a great spot • Parking is valet-only • After class, continue your evening at Les Secrets Bar with wine, craft cocktails, and bites available for purchase.
