In-person class: Authentic Handmade Pasta (San Antonio)

Authentic Handmade Pasta with Pomodoro Sauce Join us for an immersive cooking experience where we delve into the exquisite world of Italian cuisine. In this hands-on class, you will learn the traditional techniques of crafting delicate fettuccine or tagliatelle pasta from scratch. Our expert chef will guide you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling out the dough to achieve the perfect consistency for tagliatelle and will teach you the proper cooking techniques to achieve al dente perfection. While your pasta is resting, one to two complementary sauces—think a vibrant, slow-simmered marinara or a bright, herbaceous pesto—that are easy to replicate at home. No experience is required! All equipment and ingredients will be provided. Our events are casual and meant to be fun, relaxing and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who's happier observing and assisting.
