Join us in person to craft your own prayer candle and set your intentions with light and love! The Intentional Pause Step away from the hustle and make room for rest. An Intentional Pause for Women is a luxury-meets-stillness experience designed for women who have been carrying a lot and are craving a softer pace. This is more than a candle workshop—it’s a gentle invitation to exhale, reset your rhythm, and return grounded for the week ahead. Together, we’ll enjoy a beautiful afternoon of candle pouring, real conversation, and prayer-centered reflection. You’ll create your own prayer candle as a “be still” reminder, personalize it with an anchor scripture on the wick, and leave with tools you can actually use to cultivate rest—physically, mentally, and spiritually. What to expect: • A calm, elevated atmosphere (think: soft tones, warm glow, and unhurried pace) • Pour your own personal prayer candle (materials included) • Add an anchor scripture on the wick as a reminder to be still • Guided breath prayers to support nervous system regulation and spiritual grounding • Reflection + journaling prompts from The Intentional Pause workbook • Practical ways to create Sabbath space—both in your home and in your mind • Light refreshments + sweet sisterhood conversation You’ll leave with: • Your finished prayer candle • A mini reset workbook to support rest, reflection, and realignment beyond the event • A renewed sense of peace and a simple plan for carrying “the pause” into your week To protect the pace and create a true moment of rest, this event is women-only and childcare is not available unfortunately.
