The Quiet Minds Club: Sound Bath, Breath Work & Reiki

A mini breath work, sound bath and reiki experience. As the holidays approach, life can begin to feel a little heavier. Between the expectations, endless to-do lists, family gatherings, and pressure to make everything feel special, it’s easy to forget to make space for ourselves. This season, we invite you to slow down, take a breath, and remember that you deserve care, too. Our donation-based community offering brings together gentle breathwork, a restorative sound bath immersion, and the grounding energy of Reiki to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and find a moment of peace amid the busyness of the season. Each practice offers its own way to pause, soften, and return to the present moment. (See the questions below for more details about each practice.) Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Japanese Tea Gardens, we invite you to step away from the holiday rush and into a space of stillness, connection, and care. Whether you’re carrying the weight of the year behind you or simply looking for a moment to recharge, you are welcome here exactly as you are. You don’t have to do more, give more, or be more to deserve a moment of peace. This is a donation-based event, with a suggested minimum donation of $25 for those who are able.
