Alchemy of the Elements: Water - Flow & Release

An invitation to pause, restore, and reconnect with your foundation through sound and Reiki. Join us for the second sound bath in the Alchemy of the Elements series, inspired by the energy of Water. Water reminds us that we don’t have to hold on to everything. This journey is an invitation to slow down, release what you’re ready to let go of, and make space for what you want to welcome into your life. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls and Reiki. Allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you as you settle into deep rest and simply let yourself flow. Mats and pillows will be provided. Please bring an eye mask, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Come ready to release, receive, and flow. Marianna of Mystic Align is a certified sound healer, Reiki Master, and nurse of 29 years. She is passionate about using sound healing to reduce stress, support the nervous system, and guide the body back into balance and harmony, allowing space for natural self-healing.
