An evening of movement, self-care, and connection featuring guided Pilates and massage at AVNU Wellness Club. Glow & Flow Step away from the pace of the week and join us for an evening of movement, self-care, and connection at AVNU Wellness Club. Glow & Flow pairs a guided, all-levels Pilates class with a 10-minute massage, creating an evening designed to help you move, unwind, and recharge. Your ticket includes one Pilates class and one 10-minute massage. Two Pilates classes will be offered, from 5 PM to 6 PM and 6 PM to 7 PM, so you can choose the class that works best for you. After registering, you’ll receive an email with a link to reserve your massage time. Massage times are available on a first come, first served basis, so we recommend reserving your preferred time as soon as you receive the link. Between experiences, the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy. Settle in, connect with others, or explore AVNU’s wellness amenities, including: • Sauna • Cold plunge • Full-body red light therapy • Compression therapy No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Come ready to move, recover, and experience AVNU at your own pace. Space is limited to 24 guests to keep the experience relaxed and personal.
