Blooming & Movin': Pilates & Petals Fall Edition

Join us on a Saturday morning for a cozy fall experience filled with movement, flowers, and connection. We’ll begin with a 45-minute beginner-friendly Mat Pilates session designed to help you move your body, slow down, and pour back into yourself. After Pilates, head over to our Bloom Bar, where you’ll create your own beautiful bouquet while connecting with other girlies in the community. ☕ Coffee & matcha will also be available for purchase from a local coffee cart.
