Full Circle Restoration - Indoor Only

This grounded, 2-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down, clear away mental clutter, and check in with yourself. In our busy lives, we rarely give ourselves the space to consciously close one chapter before rushing into the next. In numerology and nature, the number 12 represents a full circle- the completion of a cycle. Reaching the date 12/12 is the perfect natural pause point to honor how far you’ve come this year and decide how you want to move forward. Through a mindful sequence of accessible practices, we will create the quiet environment your mind and body need to map out what comes next. Our Journey Together: Gentle Grounding Movement: We will begin with mindful movement to help release physical tension and settle into the space. Calming Breathwork: Next, we will transition into simple, guided Pranayama to soothe the nervous system and quiet a busy mind. Reflection, Intention, Manifestation: With a clear mind and a steady heart, we will take time to quietly journal, reflect on the year, and plant meaningful intentions, manifesting for the season ahead. Restorative Yoga: We will seal our practice and close our time together with fully supported, restful postures, allowing your body and mind to experience deep relaxation while absorbing your intentions. You don’t need any prior yoga experience; just a desire to rest and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling deeply relaxed, mentally clear, and ready for your next chapter. $40 Please note that the sign-up roster on this page is for participation IN-PERSON.
