Candlelight Sound Bath

Enjoy a complete nervous system reset as you relax in candlelight to the harmonious sounds during a meditative sound bath. Led by certified sound healing practitioner Jennifer Butler, this session uses guided breath-work, guided mind-body scan and the calming harmonious sound vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, a gongs, various chimes, steele tongue drum and more. As you lay down, the frequency of gentle sound vibrations will transform you into a deep state of relaxation allowing the release of tension and negative energy giving space within body, mind & spirit. The sound vibrations will wash away any tension stored in the body/mind to help you release negative energy and blockages. As you surrender to the harmonious sounds, you will experience true nervous system regulation, somatic reconnection & a renewed sense of being. Warm Cacao and fresh water will be provided for participants to sip on. Each participant will be provided with the following: • Yoga Mat or Reformer Mat • Blanket • Neck Pillow Pillow • Disposible Eye Mask
