Endo in Motion: A 5K for Endometriosis Awareness Join us on Sunday, November 15, in San Diego for Endo in Motion, an inclusive 5K bringing together the endometriosis community, chronic-illness community, runners, walkers, advocates, families, and supporters. Hosted by Endo Excision for All in partnership with Rays Your Vibe, this event is about participation, not performance. Whether you want to run, walk, or simply move at the pace your body allows, you belong here. We are designing the event with flexibility and accessibility at its center so that people living with chronic pain and illness can participate without pressure or expectations around pace. Endo in Motion is more than a 5K. It is an opportunity to: • Raise awareness of endometriosis and its impact • Create an affirming space for patients and their loved ones • Connect with community members, advocates, and supportive organizations • Celebrate every form of movement • Enjoy free goodies from our generous event partners • Raise funds for Endo Excision for All and Rays Your Vibe Funds raised through the event will benefit both nonprofit organizations and their patient-centered work, including EEFA’s efforts to help individuals access expert endometriosis excision surgery. Registration is just $15 to keep the event financially accessible. Participants will also have the option to make an additional donation or create an individual fundraising campaign to increase their impact. Come as you are. Move in the way that feels right for you.
