This immersive sound bath is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the healing vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls and other soothing instruments, with Reiki energy gently channeled throughout the experience. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation, allowing you to settle into a deeply relaxed state before being carried into a celestial sound journey. Imagine drifting beneath a vast night sky, surrounded by stars, light, and the quiet space between worlds. This is a space to release what you no longer need, create room for something new, and simply rest. No experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are and allow the sound and energy to support you. What to bring: Mats and pillows will be provided. Bring an eye mask, blanket, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
