A cosmic night of AstroYoga, music, movement, and community under the stars. DARK SIDE OF THE MOON An AstroYoga + Community Wellness Experience Join Laura of Soulfish Events, Elyssa of Wolf & Lion, and some of our favorite local partners and vendors for a cosmic Halloween evening at Adams Avenue Fitness. We’re bringing together movement, music, astrology, community, and a little Halloween magic for a one-of-a-kind AstroYoga silent disco experience. DJ Disco Penny Lane will be spinning live while we move through an all-levels AstroYoga flow, tuning into the energy of the season through movement, music, and connection. Silent disco headphones will be provided for the class, so you’ll be fully immersed in the music and experience. And because it’s Halloween weekend, we want you to come dressed as your most out-of-this-world cosmic self. Think celestial, disco, alien, witchy, space cowboy, moon goddess, glam, weird, wonderful. Have fun with it. Stick around before and after class to connect with our community, meet some of our favorite local wellness partners, and enjoy the evening. WHAT TO BRING Yoga mat Water Layers for comfort Your cosmic Halloween look ✨ All levels are welcome. No AstroYoga or yoga experience necessary. AGE POLICY This experience is designed primarily for adults. Guests ages 12–17 are welcome when accompanied by a participating adult. Because silent disco headphones are limited and an integral part of the experience, all attendees participating in the class require their own ticket and headphones.
